Smart Lighting & Scenes

We design layers—ambient, task, accent—and connect them to scenes like “Morning,” “Focus,” “Dinner,” “Movie,” and “Away.” Presence sensors prevent wasted watts; sunrise/sunset offsets keep light natural. You can trigger scenes via app, keypad, voice, or automations.
Deliverables: circuit maps, driver/transformer specs, scene programming, and a cheat sheet for quick tweaks.

Climate Control (AC/HVAC)

We plan Wi-Fi heatmaps, cable key runs, and VLANs if necessary; we place access points properly and stabilize latency for voice and video calls. Critical hubs sit on UPS backup; remote diagnostics let us help without an on-site visit.

You receive a concept with device list, scenes, and a phased budget (Start / Grow / Complete). We propose ecosystems/protocols best suited to your home and preferences.

Design & Pre-Build

We map circuits, shade drops, sensor locations, access points, and cable paths; we stage and bench-test hubs and devices with your account logins (secured).

Installation & Configuration

Clean drilling, labeled cabling, correct power and drivers, motor calibration, and secure mounting. We create scenes, voice intents, automations, and notifications with sensible defaults.

Testing & Training

We test failure modes (power, Wi-Fi down), verify backups, and ensure safeguards (e.g., leaks shut valves, alarms trigger lights). Then we train you and leave quick guides.

Handover & Aftercare

You receive documentation, warranties, and support contacts. We schedule a 30-day optimization visit to fine-tune after real-world use.
